There was a trans woman on reddit talking about getting asked if she and her husband were gonna have kids, and she replied something like "no, I can't... See, I have a birth defect, I was born without a uterus" and left it at that.

Which similarly isn't exactly wrong...

(Also my HMO keeps sending me reminder letters to get a cervical screening. The same medical system giving me my estrogen and lupron and planning my bottom surgery... Apparently they're just making sure, in case I've spontaneously grown one)
